His strategic investment and advisory roles have influenced major residential and commercial projects across Miami, Florida, North Carolina, and Chicago, Illinois, among other markets. These projects ranged from mixed-use multifamily complexes to luxury waterfront homes and substantial mixed-use properties with international tenants. Additionally, he invested in a prominent storage and warehouse developer, further diversifying his real estate portfolio.

     

    For six years in the mid-2010s, he played a principal role in managing financial instruments, overseeing the acquisition and disposal of real estate mortgages, note portfolios and consumer debt portfolios.
